free shipping. always. every order ships free within the US.

made to order. each hat is embroidered just for you, which takes about 2–5 business days. after that, US delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

because hats are made to order, only returns on misprints. we don't keep extra in stock. sorry, we know this is annoying, but we'd go out of business otherwise.

tracking. you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your hat ships.

holidays. order at least two weeks before you need it. we’ll post cutoff dates during the season.
